Description This julienne disc creates fine (3 mm, or approximately 1/4-inch) square strips of vegetables, fruits, and cheeses. Use it to make strips of carrots and zucchini for stir-fries and salads, and to make shreds of cheese for garnishes. It can also be used in conjunction with a slicing disc to create tiny cubes of firm vegetables, such as turnips and potatoes.
